Benjamin & Jennifer: Happily Ever After

One of the most classy weddings I've photographed to date, this Toledo event was completely fantastic. Benjamin and Jennifer have a style and originality unlike anyone I've ever met, and it was such an honor to be with them on their wedding day.

I met Benjamin last year at Prizewinning Photography - a workshop hosted by The Institute in Photographic Studies. Benjamin had just come on as faculty, and very quickly I was inspired by this fellow Wedding Photographer. Be sure to check out all of his fabulously creative work at www.DerksWorks.com!

Benjamin encouraged me to sit down and really focus on building my own wedding photography business. Since that time, we've been wedding photography buddies and chat about the industry, equipment, and the ever developing new ideas in our minds.

Photographing a Wedding Photographers wedding held a little more pressure than most, but Benjamin and Jennifer and their beautiful families made this day a fabulous and memorable event.

Here's a peek into their gorgeous wedding day! Check out their gallery here

I LOVE the use of line in both images. I love how the diagonal line of the buildings leads into the couple. I also think the cross walk lines work well. In the second image I love how the window balances averything out. Very cool! Makes me want to get married someday!
